Terms of Service for Vuka Win

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to your use of the Vuka Win website and mobile application (collectively, “the Platform”) and any related services, features, or digital tools provided by Vuka Win (“we”, “us”, or “our”).

By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Platform immediately.

2. Eligibility

To use Vuka Win and participate in giveaways, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Be a legal resident of South Africa or hold a valid passport
• Use your real identity and accurate personal details

3. Account Registration

Some features of the Platform require you to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details and for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Giveaways & Competitions

Vuka Win runs various giveaways and competitions, including daily, weekly, monthly, and custom giveaways (collectively, “Giveaways”).

• No purchase, payment, or fee is required to enter.
• Entries may be earned through actions within the Platform.
• Winners are selected fairly using secure and auditable methods.
• Each Giveaway may have its own additional rules or requirements.
• We reserve the right to verify eligibility before awarding prizes.

4A. Goals, Entries & In-App Activities

Vuka Win may offer optional in-app goals, tasks, challenges, or activities (“Goals”) that allow users to earn additional Giveaway entries or other in-app rewards.

• Goals may include actions such as daily check-ins, referrals, profile completion, verification steps, or other promotional activities made available through the Platform.
• Completion of a Goal does not guarantee an immediate entry or reward until it has been successfully recorded, validated, and confirmed by the Platform.
• Vuka Win reserves the right to verify, delay, adjust, withhold, or revoke entries or rewards earned through Goals if suspicious, fraudulent, automated, or abusive behaviour is detected.
• Goals may be time-limited, quantity-limited, availability-limited, or subject to additional conditions displayed within the Platform.
• We reserve the right to modify, suspend, replace, or remove any Goal at any time, with or without notice, provided such changes are not misleading or unlawful.
• Entries earned through Goals have no monetary value, are non-transferable, and may not be sold, exchanged, or redeemed for cash.

5. Rewards & Payouts

Rewards may include digital vouchers, bank transfer payouts, airtime, or other forms of prizes. Specific reward options may change based on availability and our partnerships with third-party providers.

• We do not charge users to receive prizes.
• Winners must claim rewards within the timeframe shown in the Platform.
• Failure to claim a reward on time may result in forfeiture.
• Vuka Win is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payout providers.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to use the Platform in any way that is unlawful, abusive, or unfair. This includes (but is not limited to):

• Creating multiple accounts to gain unfair advantages
• Manipulating the Platform, Giveaways, or reward systems
• Using bots, automation, or fraudulent methods
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform
• Posting or transmitting harmful, illegal, or abusive content

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts engaging in suspicious, fraudulent, or abusive activity.

7. Privacy

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using Vuka Win, you consent to our data collection, use, and protection practices as described there.

8. Fairness & Transparency

All Giveaway draws are run transparently and fairly. Vuka Win aims to comply with South African promotional competition guidelines as far as reasonably applicable to digital giveaways.

For transparency, we may publish the first name and initial of winners within the Platform or on related channels.

9. Beta Disclaimer

Vuka Win may be in a beta or early-access phase. Some features, reward types, or processes may change as we improve the Platform.

You acknowledge that certain functionality may be incomplete, experimental, or updated over time, and you accept this as part of using the Platform.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vuka Win, its owners, and partners are not liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages
• Losses arising from your use or inability to use the Platform
• Technical issues, outages, or connectivity problems
• Delays or failures caused by third-party networks or payout providers
• Data loss, system issues, or service interruptions

We do not guarantee continuous, error-free operation of the Platform. Your use of Vuka Win is at your own risk.

11. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform immediately and without prior notice if we believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or misused any feature.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may modify or update these Terms at any time. The latest version will always appear on this page or in the App.

Your continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of South Africa. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the Platform will be handled in South African courts.
